DR. TOM WILHELMS

Dr. Wilhelms has been practicing dentistry at Parkview Dental Associates since 2003. Growing up in rural Nebraska, he worked on his family’s farm from a young age, cultivating both a strong work ethic and a love of nature and animals. A first-generation college graduate, he proceeded to receive his D.D.S. from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. His patients and colleagues appreciate his kindness, patience, and utmost dedication to providing personalized and top-notch care for all.

Dr. Wilhelms’ treatment philosophy is strongly rooted in preserving the natural teeth for as long as possible. He approaches his patients’ treatment planning like he would his own family, carefully considering his patients’ unique priorities and circumstances and ensuring that they understand the benefits and drawbacks of all potential options.

As are all health fields, dentistry is constantly evolving in knowledge, techniques, and technologies. Dr. Wilhelms has devoted hundreds of hours to continuing education, specifically in implantology and clear aligner orthodontics (Invisalign). He has undergone rigorous training in digital implant surgery at the renowned C-DOCS institution. Equipped with cutting edge technology such as a cone beam and intraoral scanning, Dr. Wilhelms is skilled in advanced treatment planning of complex implant cases, including various hard and soft tissue grafting.

Dr. Wilhelms met his wife in college and they have been married since 1997. They are proud parents of two daughters and one spoiled Havanese. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, tending to his saltwater aquarium, and strumming riffs on his electric guitars. Dr. Mai Xiong

Dr. Xiong grew up in Madison, Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She earned her D.D.S from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2009 and also completed a one-year general practice residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Xiong is committed to providing her patients with the highest quality of care and looks forward to developing long lasting relationships with her patients.

Dr. Xiong resides in Sun Prairie with her husband Yang, three children – Anya, Sawyer and Amelie, and nephew Alex along with a red fox lab named Kona. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Xiong is a personal chef, chauffeur, mediator, healer and cheerleader (aka Mom) to her children. During her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and gardening.

Dr. Lucas Peppler

Dr. Peppler grew up in Ripon Wisconsin and attended UW La Crosse for his Undergraduate degree. He then went on to attend Marquette University School of Dentistry where he earned his D.D.S. Following graduation, Dr. Peppler practiced general dentistry in La Crosse. He is looking forward to relocating to the Madison area and providing honest and high-quality dental care to his patients. He strives to build long lasting and trusting relationships with every patient he sees.

Dr. Peppler met his wife Amber while attending UW La Crosse and they are both thrilled to be starting a new chapter of their lives in the Madison area with their dog Murphy and cat Marvin. Outside of practicing dentistry Dr. Peppler enjoys being outdoors, going for runs and trying new restaurants with his wife. He is also an avid Wisconsin sports fan.
